Well Hello Anyone:
This is my first attempt at blogging.
I wanted to share the thoughts that came to me in the middle of the night last night.
I believe all things that exist were created by God. My question was other than God himself what existed before creation?
Love. Because God not only loves us, scripture says He is love. Since He has always been then Love has always been. So before time was -Love was and when time has passed Love will remain.
Next if darkness is the absence of Light can we see that evil is the absence of good. Infact if we follow the logic we can see that all things that are hurtful and undesirable are the absence of God's created things or God himself.
If all we had ever know was dark we would not recognize it as dark. If all we had ever known was light we would not recognize it as light. Because we have God's created light we recognize darkness, when we know God's goodness we comprehend evil....
I do not think God desires darkness or evil or hatred to touch his children but they exist in the absence of Him so that we can comprehend in some small portion that He is light, He is the only good, that He is Love.
So I hope all of your valentines days were filled with the Love of God.
